Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Tags must be intact if tags aren’t there return or exchange won’t be possible . A video showing tag intact is a must.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size or product issues (if applicable)
• Subject to stock availability

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or altered products
• Items bought on sale or using discount code not returnable 

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed as store credit / original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with images/videos for quick resolution.

All sarees are dry clean only. We do not recommend washing, as it may affect the fabric, color, and finish.

Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
